MENTORSHIP MATTERS PROGRAM

The NOYCIA organizing committee are pleased to bring back the
Mentorship Matters feature at the awards dinner.

Mentors will have the opportunity to pay it forward by sharing their career and research wisdom to the future generation of medical oncologists, to inspire and meet candidates seeking employment and to have fun.

OBJECTIVE

Offer mentorship opportunity to trainees who attend the NOYCIA awards dinner.

Provide trainees with the opportunity to network with key figures at  Canadian cancer centres in a relaxed, informal social environment.

HOW IT WORKS

* Canadian oncology colleagues will co-host a table during the entire dinner (In previous years this feature took place during dessert).

*Trainees from across Canada will be seated at your table.

*Trainees will have the opportunity to hear from he Mentors about career paths, programs and opportunities that their centres provide an to ask questions.
